We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have two weeks after receiving your item to request a return as per the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law mandates: “The consumer has the right to replace or return for a full refund any product without reason within 14 days”.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@tieshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We have a 30-day return policy for faulty items as per the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law mandates: “The consumer has a right to return any faulty product for a full refund or replacement in the span of 30 days after purchase.”
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons such inner caps– turban –– extensions –- praying isdal – hijab accessories- Burkini-Cover Ups).
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Returns to a TieShop store
You can return your items for free at any of our TieShop stores.
The in-store return option is available for both online and in-store purchases. Simply provide the items to be returned and your purchase receipt.
Use our store finder to find your nearest Tie Shop store.
Home Collection
We offer the option of returning your items using a paid home collection service. The cost of the return request will be deducted from your refund.
You can request a return from the Returns section of your account.
Once you have made the return request, a carrier will pick up your package at your address within 24-48 hours.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Refund of an in-store purchase.
If you have returned an item purchased in a store, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
If a refund to the original payment method is not possible, our store staff will advise you of an alternative method.
Refund of an online purchase.
When you return an online purchase, the refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Remember: If you have sent the items to us for return using our home collection service, the costs of the return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Replacement or return of products with discount offers is only during the discount period.
